Investment: $1,400 Includes: • Two planning meetings (including one final details meeting around 4 weeks out) • Vendor communication & coordination beginning 4 weeks before the wedding • Full customized wedding day timeline • Final venue walkthrough & floor plan assistance (if needed) • Coordination of ceremony & reception setup and breakdown • Cueing ceremony processional & managing flow of events • Handling of vendor arrivals, deliveries, and end-of-night wrap-up • Emergency kit on hand • Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination • One lead coordinator + assistant (as needed based on guest count/complexity) Optional Add-On: •Extended Clean-Up & Breakdown Support (up to 2 hours): +$200 We’ll stay through the final farewell to ensure everything is packed, cleaned, and vendors are taken care of so you don’t have to lift a finger.
